Supper – Crockpot chicken, mixed veggies, garlic bread
Tuesday
Breakfast – Kefir, soaked oatmeal, sausage patties
Lunch – Easy biscuits, egg salad
Supper – Steak stir fry with brown rice
Wednesday
Breakfast – Brown rice pudding with kefir and dried fruit
Lunch – burritos
Supper – Meatlof, baked potatoes, green beans
Thursday
Breakfast – Potato and egg scramble, kefir
Lunch – Easy biscuits, tuna salad, pickles
Supper – Crockpot spaghetti, garlic bread, broccoli
Friday
Breakfast – Kefir, bulgur cereal, sausage patties
Lunch – burritos
Supper – Homemade pizza and raw veggie platter
Saturday
Breakfast – Kefir, pancakes or waffles, country-fried steak, fruit
Lunch – Taco salad
Supper – smoked chicken, rolls, mixed veggies
Sunday
Breakfast – Oven pancake and fruit
Lunch – Church fellowship meal (haven’t decided what to bring yet)
Supper – kefir, leftovers, big salad
At least, that’s the plan…





























I will have to try your easy biscuits. Do you make your own kefir, or buy it? I admit, I’ve always been a little scared to try it!

Thanks for stopping by, Tracy! I do make my own kefir – 2 quarts a day. It is SO easy – easier than yogurt, in my opinion. I plan to write a post about it at some point.
